Head Teacher's Message

Welcome to Russet House School. We are proud to be a Local Authority Special School for autistic pupils aged 3–11 in Enfield, offering high-quality, specialised education in a happy, purposeful and nurturing environment. Our curriculum focuses on life-skills, social communication and self-regulation, with trauma-informed approaches to wellbeing, and progress happens when everyone learns and grows together.

SEND Provision

Russet House School provides education for autistic pupils aged 3–11 with a focus on life-skills, social communication and self-regulation; teaching uses specialist, motivating strategies and is supported by positive and trauma-informed approaches. The Enfield Advisory Service for Autism (EASA) is part of RHS and provides specialist outreach.

Admissions Criteria

All admissions are through the London Borough of Enfield’s Local Authority SEN (Special Educational Needs) Service. Families should contact SEN Services to be considered for a place at Russet House School (RHS) for autistic pupils aged 3–11.
