Breakfast Club operates Monday to Friday (term times) from 7.15am until 8.30am. After School Club runs from the end of the school day until 6pm at three locations (the Copse main building for younger children in nursery/reception, The Tulip Room, or The Orchard). It includes a main daily activity, a range of activities and facilities for independent play, quiet spaces for home learning, and occasional events. Holiday Club is reserved exclusively for Hillcross students. Fees and booking procedures are provided, including unplanned/occasional bookings with specific codes via MCAS and different rates for 7:15/7:30 starts and 5pm/6pm finishes.

Financial Information

Breakfast Club: 7:15am start £8.50, 7:30am start £7.50. After School Club: until 5:00pm £13.00, until 6:00pm £18.00. Unplanned/Occasional bookings have higher rates: Breakfast Club from 7:15am £11.50, from 7:30am £10.50; After School Club until 5:00pm £15.00, until 6:00pm £20.00. All fees paid in advance.
