Hatfeild Primary School is a community school in partnership with Joseph Hood Primary School. Co-Heads of School are Alice Waterman and Leanne Parkinson; Executive Headteacher is Mrs Anita Saville. The school aims to provide a stimulating and rewarding experience with a wide range of extracurricular activities and has a motto: 'A place to grow: Flourish at Hatfeild'.

Hatfeild ARP is an Additional Resourced Provision for 22 children with a primary need of Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We have three classes: Acorn; Seedlings; Oak. The ARP uses the Attention Autism Approach and includes visiting Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists; ACCESS to BSquared Connecting Steps assessment; inclusion with mainstream classes where appropriate.
Admissions follow the London Borough of Merton Admissions policy. Rising 3s may be offered if capacity remains after universal places are allocated. Hatfeild offers Nursery education for 15 hours per week (universal) with potential for a 30-hour extended entitlement; 30-hour entitlement requires eligibility and codes. Nursery places can be extended with additional paid hours (£12 per hour) or extended hours (£25 per week extra for the half-hour). Maximum admissions into any year group is 60. School tours are by appointment; stay and play sessions are offered after place allocation.
Hatfeild offers 30-hour nursery provision; extended entitlement may be used in nursery with an extra charge (£25 per week for the additional half hour). If not eligible for extended entitlement, additional hours can be paid at £12 per hour. Nursery places run term-time only.
