"BE THE BEST YOU CAN"
We aim to provide a vibrant, welcoming school with a broad range of extracurricular activities, a dedicated and passionate staff, and a strong partnership with parents. Our focus is on nurturing literacy and numeracy while fostering each child’s individual talents, independence and creativity.
Clubs
Sports
In-house wraparound care provided by school staff. Breakfast club provision for 50 children and after-school club provision for 80 children. Breakfast opens at 7:45 am and after-school care runs until 6:00 pm.
We adapt learning carefully so every child can access the same curriculum as their classmates. This might include visuals, now-and-next boards, chunked instructions, writing frames or quiet spaces when needed. Adults move around the classroom to support all children, helping pupils with SEND develop confidence and independence. We work closely with specialists such as Educational Psychologist, SEMH consultant, Speech & Language Therapist and Occupational Therapist. We maintain a calm, “non-shouting” ethos and build strong relationships with families from day one, including home visits and coffee mornings.
Pupils will be admitted in accordance with the priorities set out in Merton Council Admissions Policy. Applications online; you may apply for up to six schools. Merton schools are not academically selective, but some local schools may require additional information.
Nursery offers 30-hour extended entitlement for eligible families. If eligible, one can access 30 hours; an additional charge of £25 per week per child applies for the extra half hour. For families not eligible for extended entitlement, additional hours can be paid at £12 per hour. These offers are term-time only.
