In cases of oversubscription, priority is given to looked after children and previously looked after children; children of staff employed by the academy; children from Affinity Learning Partnership feeder primary schools; children living in the normal area who have a brother or sister attending The Pingle Academy; other children, with distance from the academy used as a tie-breaker.
