Welcome to Brookfield, a popular, thriving secondary school located to the west of Chesterfield and close to the Peak District National Park. Our mission is to develop confident, articulate, resilient and well-qualified young people who are empowered to change the world.

SEND Provision

Brookfield is a fully inclusive mainstream school with a dedicated SENCO (Pippa Allan) and Learning Support Team. It features an ARC inclusion space with an intervention area, a nurture-focused achievement area, a reflection/timeout space, and a separate space for 1:1 work with students to establish access arrangements. The school provides information about SEND through the SEND Local Offer and DIASS, and references external mental health and safeguarding supports (Kooth, CAMHS, Derbyshire Family Health Service).
