Dorothy Barley Junior Academy is a four-form-entry junior school with a 12-place ARP on site. It joined REAch2 Academy Trust in 2014. The school has earned Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) Flagship status, SMSC Quality Mark Gold, and Music Mark status. Ofsted rated the school Good in 2017 and again in 2023, and the school highlights its inclusive, diverse community and strong focus on reading and values.
