SEND Provision

The Ark is a resourced provision for children with SEMH needs including ASC; located alongside mainstream classrooms; currently fourteen filled places; placements are arranged through the Wigan SEND team; the provision aims to enable pupils to access a balanced curriculum and remain part of a mainstream class with support.

Admissions Criteria

Nursery admissions: 30 hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–3:00) or 15 hours part-time (Mon-Tue all day; Wed morning; Wed afternoon; Thu-Fri all day); Birth certificate required; Applications available from the school office or via email; Deadline for September 2026: 15 January 2026; Nursery admissions processed by Garrett Hall; For Reception admissions see Wigan Council guidance and online EMS portal.
