Welcome from Headteacher Mrs Cathy Whalley. She describes Winstanley as a safe, happy and fun place to learn, expresses the Everyone, Every Day ethos, and outlines aims to raise aspirations, foster a growth mindset and encourage personal and academic excellence.
Clubs
0-25 SEND Code of Practice (2015) identifies four broad areas of (special educational) need and support: Communication and Interaction; Cognition and Learning; Sensory and/or Physical; Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Winstanley states there is a step by step graduated model of action and intervention to support children with SEND.
Nursery places: register interest by downloading and completing the attached form and hand to the office with the child’s original birth certificate (office opening hours 8am to 4pm). Nursery application form is provided.
