Wrap Around Provision runs from 7.30am to 6.00pm in Pre-Preparatory settings (open 51 weeks a year, with term-time options). Sessions include morning and afternoon slots; after-school wrap includes a 3.25pm–6.00pm period with meals (lunches, tea) and a minimum of five sessions per week. The provision is described as part of the Pre-Prep timetable and is designed to provide care from early morning until after-school hours.
Learning Support is provided across all locations with Learning Support Coordinators. In Prep School this is referred to as ‘Learning Success’. Referrals can be made by teachers or by parents, and may involve end-of-unit tests, assessments, reading and spelling scores and practice examinations. Pupils may be given specific plans (Senior School: Individual Education Support Plans; Prep School: Individual Target Plans) with targets to assist progress. Progress is regularly monitored with parental involvement and liaison. Outside agencies may be involved in some assessments. For more information see the Policy for Learning Support and the Policy for English as an Additional Language (EAL).
Fees for 2025/2026 are listed by year group (Infant, Junior and Senior) with a separate Pre-Preparatory School fee schedule. Additional charges include registration, deposits, lunches (compulsory), and transport. There are multiple payment options including direct bank transfer, online payment via Parent Pay, and School Fee Plan (monthly payments). An early payment discount (2%) applies if paying a full academic year in advance. Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable. Pre-Preparatory fees are itemised (Cygnets and Swans) with hours funding options (15 hours or 30 hours EEE funding) and details on transport, extras, and music/LAMDA lessons. For detailed terms see the Fees section.
