Wraparound care is available for Nursery to Year 6, with Before School (7:30am arrival with breakfast available), After School care (3:30pm–4:30pm, then 3:30pm–5:30pm, and up to 6:00pm) with corresponding charges. A Holiday Club operates during school holidays (8:00am–4:00pm). There is also a weekly Little Learners session for babies and pre-school children up to four years old on Tuesdays (10:30am–11:45am). Bookings are paid in advance (BACS accepted).
Entry is academically selective. Assessments are taken in Year 6 for entry the following September, covering English, Mathematics, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, plus a confidential report from the pupil’s current school. Assessments may be online or at the school premises. The entrance exam is computer-based (50 minutes) and does not involve special preparation. Interviews with the Headmistress or staff are held on exam day. Offers are issued after consideration of exam results, school report and interview, with results typically posted in December and final decision required by early March. There are entry options to join at other points if places are available. Bursaries and scholarships are available at key entry points (Reception, Year 3, Year 7 and Year 12).
