Breakfast Club runs 7:30–8:00. After-school care is available with options from 15:30–17:00 included in fees, and 17:00–18:00 at additional cost (tea included). For Seniors, after-care can extend to 18:00 with tea. All after-care must be booked and paid for in advance; fees vary by number of days per week and term times.

Hallfield is a selective entry school. Admissions vary by age. The admissions process includes getting in touch, visiting, registering, a taster day and assessment, and an offer of a place on acceptance.
