Greenford High School is a dynamic, inclusive non‑selective comprehensive. Our motto is Learning to Succeed. We aim for excellent academic results and to prepare students for university or apprenticeships, while emphasising strong staff–student relationships, a broad subject offer, and wide opportunities beyond academics through sport, drama, trips, charity work and clubs. Curriculum Highlights

Key Stage 3 offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a core EBacc offer of Maths, English, Science, Languages, Geography, History and Computer Science alongside PE, Music, Design & Technology, Art, Drama, RE and PSHE. There is extensive intervention in Years 7 and 8 for numeracy and literacy, with ability setting in Maths, English, Science, Languages and Humanities. Pupils study French, German and Spanish at KS3, with progression routes to GCSE/Further study. Accelerated Reader Programme is used to promote reading, with a library and an optional eBook library. The Computing and IT curriculum at KS3/KS4 develops computational thinking, coding and safe online practices (Scratch, Micro:bit, etc.). Art, Drama and Music are integral parts of the curriculum and enrichment offerings. The library supports reading and digital resources, including a barcode-based library system and Lib­rary access for Year 7–11 and Post-16.

Wraparound Care

After-School Care: Yes

Wraparound care includes Saturday and holiday intervention sessions run by subject specialists free of charge (morning sessions 9:00–12:00, afternoon sessions 12:30–15:30) as well as after‑school Study Club (3:00–4:45pm, Monday–Thursday). Students are asked to arrive 5–10 minutes before sessions and sign in at main reception. During Saturday/holiday sessions, lunch must be eaten off site, no on‑site supervision is provided, and students should bring the correct exercise books and equipment. The Study Club provides a drink and a snack and allows students to stay on site until 4:45pm; however, they are not permitted to leave the site during Study Club.
