Clubs
Sports
Breakfast Club operates daily on both sites from 7:30am, providing breakfast and supervised activities in the dining hall. Entry should be made via the Junior Playground entrance and is not permitted after 8:15am. A weekly fee of £15 is payable (paid via ParentPay). One week’s deposit is required to secure a place. One week’s notice to leave the club must be given in writing. Non-attendance and/or non-payment may result in the place being offered to the next person on the waiting list, and the deposit will be retained.
Pupil Premium and Sports Premium are funding streams used to support pupils. Pupil Premium targets pupils from deprived backgrounds (FSM, Service children and Looked After Children) to ensure equality of opportunity and to build on quality first teaching, using evidence-based interventions, extending the school day, and support for families through ECM Co-ordinators. The school regularly evaluates interventions and informs parents. A Pupil Premium Statement is downloadable. Details of the Sports Premium funding and its usage are provided in related documents.
Admissions are managed by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for Reception to Year 6. Tours of the school are offered as part of induction. Nursery admissions follow borough arrangements, with information on 30 hours eligibility and a note that there is no right to appeal for Nursery places.
