Additional Resource Provision (ARP) for Deaf and Complex Needs provides an inclusive setting for 20 pupils aged 3 to 11 with bilateral moderate to profound deafness and an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The ARP uses a total communication approach, with access to Teacher of the Deaf, BSL and SSE support, daily audiology checks, and specialist audiological equipment; it offers a deaf peer group, deaf role models, and life skills trips, among other supports.
