Three clearly defined routes (Route A, Route B and Route C) Route A – Moles/Caterpillars → Badgers → Ladybirds → Bees Route B – Moles/Caterpillars → Hedgehogs → Frogs → Squirrels Route C – Moles/Caterpillars → Woodpeckers → Owls → Butterflies Two-year curriculum cycle with routes that can be moved between depending on progress Individual Learning Plans linked to EHCPs; some pupils may access statutory assessment in Year 2, 4 and 6 Robust quality assurance to ensure consistency in delivery RHSE and safeguarding integrated into the curriculum; Relationships and Sex Education is age appropriate and delivered with inclusivity and legal compliance All pupils’ targets are linked to their EHCP via Individual Learning Plans
