Discovery Primary Academy handles in-year admissions (Years 1–6) with the Admissions Policy and has a Published Admissions Number (PAN) of 90 pupils per year group. From September 2023 the PAN was reduced to 60 and, from September 2024, the academy will cap Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 at 60. Reception admissions are processed via the Peterborough Local Authority. In-year applications are processed weekly, with documents required (proof of age, proof of address, and proof of residence with parents). Offers are made after Admissions Committee approval, and appeals can be made via the LA. For further details see the admissions section and linked documents on the site.
