Admissions Criteria

Year 7 intake is coordinated with the Local Authority. Applications for Year 7 places for September 2026 should be made to Nottingham City Council Admissions. Year 7 applications are co-ordinated by the Local Authority until 31 December each year; after that time, applications become in-year admissions and are co-ordinated by The Oakwood Academy. Admissions Policy 2026/27 (PDF) and Admissions Policy 2027/2028 (PDF) are available.
