Charville Academy accepts in-year admissions via the local authority. To apply, you can complete an application form directly at the school and must provide your child’s birth certificate and proof of address (e.g., utility bill dated within the last 6 months or tenancy agreement). In-year admissions are processed via the London Borough of Hillingdon/ council link provided on the Admissions page. If a place is available and there is no waiting list the governing board will admit the child. If more applications are received than there are places, applications will be ranked by the governing board in accordance with the over-subscription criteria. The school maintains a waiting list that is managed by the governing body based on the over-subscription criteria. When a place becomes available the school will make an offer. There are published dates for starting school in September 2026, with deadlines for paper and online applications and an appeals process if a place is unsuccessful.
