Head Teacher's Message

Miss Nicola Berkeley, Principal, welcomes families and explains Woods Bank Academy is part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust and federated with Kings Rise Academy and Croft Academy. The federated curriculum centers on Health, Aspirations and Diversity. The school aims to provide a safe, happy environment with an engaging curriculum, high-quality teaching, and opportunities to practise learning at home. Progress is communicated via Marvellous Me, social media, termly parent meetings, behaviour reports and an annual end-of-year report. The school emphasises moral and ethical development through the Belong, Learn & Grow values, fosters positive social relationships and inclusivity, and maintains confidentiality and open communication with families.
