Admisions are administered by Walsall Council's School Admissions Team. The academy operates a maximum intake of 30 pupils in each Key Stage 2 class, with two classes per year group (Field Road Academy). Priority is given in this order: 1) Children in Care and previous children in care, 2) Children with a sibling at the school or paired infant school, 3) Medical or social grounds as supported in writing by a medical practitioner or social worker, 4) Distance between home and school measured in a straight line (closer means higher priority).
