Head Teacher's Message

Welcome from the Principal: Launceston College is an 11-18 academy with a long history dating back to 1409. The school aims to provide the best possible education with high expectations, a strong sense of community, and rich opportunities beyond the classroom, including residentials, the Duke of Edinburgh award, Ten Tors, sporting fixtures, and performance academies. It notes the on-site Castle Unit resource base for students with significant learning difficulties and highlights a successful sixth form with results well above the national average.
