Mrs M Hayden, Headteacher, welcomes visitors to Norbury High School for Girls, describing it as an 11-19 secondary within the Wandle Learning Trust, a happy, caring and inclusive environment with strong cultural diversity, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Curriculum Highlights

KS3 offers a broad base of knowledge across a wide range of subjects (e.g., Art, Computing, Drama, English, MFL, Food Technology, Geography, History, ICT, Maths, Music, Physical Education, PSHE, Religious Studies, Science, Textiles) KS4 offers GCSE and vocational subjects with a broad and balanced curriculum, including a possibility to study a community language to GCSE or A level KS5 offers a range of GCE and vocational subjects in the well-established sixth form

Admissions Criteria

Year 7 admissions: Applications for places must be made on the Common Application Form provided and administered by Croydon Local Authority or the borough in which you live. Norbury High School for Girls no longer requires a separate supplementary form to be completed. In-year admissions should be made directly via the Croydon Council website, following the step-by-step guide.
