Admissions Criteria

Admissions 2025-26: The Academy notes high demand for places and states that in-year applications (for Years 8-11) are now open. Year 7 applicants can still apply via their home local authority until 1 September 2026, after which the Academy does not accept Year 7 applications. The local authority’s appeals timetable can be found via the Admissions Arrangements, and the over-subscription criteria are also described in the Admissions Arrangements.
