The total annual fee for the academic year 2025-26 is £3,100 (inclusive of VAT). As an independent institution, Eternal Light School does not receive any funding from local or national authorities. Fees payments on time; late payments may incur additional admin work. Fees do not include school meals, trips, examination fees, and some book costs and must be paid separately by parents. Payment options: Full Payment – a one-time payment of £3,100 at the beginning of the academic year. Monthly Standing Order – ten monthly payments of £310, from 1st September to 1st June. Please ensure payment is made on the first of each month. Bank Details: Account Name: Eternal Light Project; Account Number: 63691196; Sort Code: 05-03-38; Monthly Amount: £310; Payment Reference: Student ID and name. Cash Payments are only accepted if the entire annual fee is paid in full at the start of the academic year. Cash must be provided in a sealed, clearly labelled envelope. Please request and retain a receipt for your records. IMPORTANT NOTES: All payments must be made on time. If payments fall behind schedule, the full outstanding balance will need to be settled before a child can return the following year. Late or missed payments may result in the loss of your child’s place at the school. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure all bank transfers include their child’s Student ID and name as the payment reference. Each pupil is assigned a Student ID once they gain admission. This can be found in their planner. Please ask your child or contact the school office if you need confirmation. If a student leaves school mid-year, fees for the half-term in which they were enrolled will remain payable in full. (There are six half terms a year).
