Islamic ethos of Abu Bakr Boys School; an Islamic, independent, outward facing school guided by Qur’an and Sunnah.
Welcome from the Head Teacher. Abu Bakr Boys School is described as an ambitious, high-performing Islamic boys' secondary school with a nurturing, caring environment, clear expectations, strong partnership with parents, and a focus on high aspirations, high standards, and character development guided by the Qur’an and Sunnah.
There are two ways to apply: Year 7 main entry and casual admission to fill vacancies. A £150 non-refundable registration fee is required. All prospective students take entrance tests in Mathematics and English with no specific test preparation required. The school welcomes pupils with special educational needs if it can provide the required support and reserves the right to refuse entry if needs cannot be adequately met. Successful applicants are invited to an induction interview; a firm offer is made subject to signing and completing all related paperwork, including the home-school agreement and finance arrangements.
