Emmanuel School exists to bring glory to God by working with parents, along with the support of their local churches, to enable children to reach their God-given potential. We provide Christian education to pupils aged 3 to 16.
Head Teacher welcomes visitors to Emmanuel School, highlighting a Christ-centred environment with Him at the centre, a family atmosphere, safeguarding as a priority, strong GCSE results, and active parental engagement in school life.
Breakfast Club 7:50 am - 8:30 am; EYFS and Primary; After School Club 3:20 pm - 4:00 pm; These are the times for a normal school day. We sometimes have a half-day at the end of a term but we will give you plenty of notice and you can check the school calendar for more information. Sometimes we also have off-site trips or activities with earlier start times or later finish times, but again you will be notified of these in advance.
Pupils who have SEND make good progress from their starting points as a result of effective support given by specialist staff, and the careful adjustments of teachers in lessons.
The school is happy to admit any child whose parents support the basis of faith, vision and ethos of the school and fulfil the school’s application procedure. Parents will be asked to confirm on the application form that they support the basis of faith, vision and ethos of the school.
The school is independent of local authority finance except for Early Years funding in Nursery and Reception. All costs are met by parental support and gifts alone. "For 2025/26" fees are due monthly in advance on the 1st of each month from September 2025 to August 2026. The fee shown includes VAT. Any additional children in the family will be charged £120 per month. In KS4 (Years 10 & 11) there is a monthly KS4 surcharge of £26 per month to cover the extra costs of education and exams during GCSE years. See Finance Policy & Charging Policy for details.
