Dear Parents, Carers, and Visitors, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to Barcroft Academy. We are a proud member of Lighthouse Multi-Academy Trust. Wrap-around care is offered at Barcroft Academy, including a breakfast club and an after-school club (Barcroft BLAST).
Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes have a maximum intake of 30 pupils per class; there are 2 classes in each year (60 per year). The admission authority for Walsall community and voluntary controlled schools is Walsall Council. Admission criteria in order of priority: 1) Children in Care and previous children in care; 2) Children with a sibling in attendance at the school or paired junior school; 3) Pupils for whom a place at the school is essential on medical or social grounds; 4) Distance between home address and the school; 5) If on a waiting list, date of entry to the list.
