Entry typically begins in Nursery (3+) and Reception (4+). Places may be available in Year 1 and Year 2, so admissions should be checked for availability. From Year 3 (7+) onwards, Warwick Preparatory School is girls-only, while boys move to Warwick Junior School. Nursery (3+) and Reception (4+): Step 1 register with a non-refundable registration fee of £120 (£100 plus 20% VAT), a copy of the child’s full birth certificate (listing both parents), and passport. Step 2 await an offer letter. Step 3 accept the place and pay a £500 acceptance deposit. Year 1 (5+) and Year 2 (6+): Step 1 register (fee £120), Step 2 arrange a Taster Day, Step 3 offers are made after the Taster Day if a place is available, Step 4 accept and pay the £500 deposit. Year 3 (7+) onwards: Step 1 register, Step 2 arrange an Entrance Assessment (based on National Curriculum of Maths and English), Step 3 offers after the Entrance Assessment, Step 4 accept and pay the £500 deposit.
Registration fee £120 (£100 plus 20% VAT). Acceptance deposit £500 (non-refundable). The Squirrels Nursery fees: Morning session 8:30–11:30 is covered by Free Entitlement; Lunch session 11:30–12:45 £395 per session per term; Afternoon session 12:45–15:30 £395 per session per term; Full-time attendance 8:30–15:30 £3,729 per term (inc. Free Entitlement). Free supervision in The Squirrels Nursery is available 7:45–8:30. Nursery entitlements cover up to five mornings; longer hours recommended to prepare for Reception. Main School Fees (per term): Years 5 & 6 net £5,526; VAT £1,105; Total £6,631. Years 3 & 4 net £5,205; VAT £1,041; Total £6,246. Reception, Years 1 & 2 net £4,509; VAT £902; Total £5,411. Lunches £294. After School Care charges: Long Session up to 5.45pm £10.20 per session; Short Session up to 4.25pm £3.70 per session; Following Club Session up to 5.45pm £4.95 per session.
