Curriculum Highlights

Mathematics follows National Curriculum with White Rose Small Steps; end-of-block assessments (PUMA tests) and problem solving across representations. Animaphonics phonics program with animal mascots and mnemonic actions. French taught from Reception to Year 6 using Language Angels. PSHE delivered via Entrust scheme with topics including Me and My Relationships, Me in the World, Me and Other People, Happy and Healthy Me; EYFS integration. Music education includes Rock-it tutoring, National London Performing Arts exam, and Sing and Shine with sign language; instrument lessons (violin, trumpet, flute, clarinet). Science taught weekly or in blocks; cross-curricular links; emphasis on working scientifically; home projects announced termly.
