Clubs
St Lawrence CE Primary School manages its own wrap-around childcare provision. The Breakfast Club operates from 7:45am to 8:45am and the After School Club runs from 3:15pm until 5:30pm during term time. Breakfast is included for morning bookings, and a healthy snack is provided for after school bookings. Pricing for 2023-2024: Breakfast club £3.50 per hour; After school club £4.00 per hour. Invoices are sent monthly and vouchers are accepted (Sodexo code 910828, Edenred code P21298928, Tax Free Childcare Code 123496). Sessions must be booked through the school office or via email.
The admissions policy is operated by the local authority (LA) on behalf of the school. In 2024 the school was granted permission to increase its PAN (pupil number per year group) to 15. Nursery: Universal funded places (15 hours) for all 3-year-olds; 30 hours funded places may be available for eligible families; Top-Up nursery hours available at £5.50 per hour. Nursery meal charge £2.90 if meals are provided by the school kitchen; consumable cost £1 per day. KS1-2: Universal Free School Meals for Reception to Year 2; KS2 meals charged at £2.60. Lunch money can be paid in advance; online payments are available. The school accepts childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare. For school meals, parents may also bring a packed lunch.
