Admissions Criteria

Chilwell School admits students to Year 7 via Nottinghamshire County Council with a published admission number of 180 for Year 7 in 2026. All applications for Year 7 places must be made through NCC. In-Year Admissions can be made directly to the school using the In-Year Admission Application Form. The school is currently oversubscribed and uses waiting lists and oversubscription criteria per its admissions policy. Appeals can be made via the admissions appeals route. Timelines for 2025-26 admissions include the national closing date, offer date, and appeal dates as published by NCC.
