Curriculum Highlights

Literacy and Numeracy are core curriculum staples at all ages. From Years 1–2, specialist teaching in Forest Schools, ICT, Music, PE, Science and Swimming. From Year Three, breadth includes Maths, English, Science, Art, Drama, Music, French, Humanities, and over four hours of swimming, PE and team sports each week. From Year Five, History, Geography, Design Technology, Foreign Languages (French, Spanish and Latin), Religious Studies, and over five hours of swimming, PE and team sports. In Years Seven and Eight, a very broad range of subjects including Drama, Food Technology, Foreign Languages (French and either Spanish or Latin), Music, Textiles, in preparation for transfer to senior schools.
