Welcome to the Grange Park School website. Grange Park is a specialist provision for children and young people aged between 9 and 19 with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The school is based on four sites: our primary satellite provision in Stansted Village for years 5, 6 & 7 (ages 9-12), the main site at Wrotham (12-19) as well as partnership sites for Key Stage 5 at Mid Kent College Gillingham and Mid Kent College Maidstone (16-19).
Grange Park School caters for pupils with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning difficulties aged between 9-19 years. All pupils will have an Education Health Care Plan and are referred to the school for admission from Kent County Council SEN Assessment and Placement Service. There are admissions criteria for each special school that are applied to determine suitable placement. Places: Year 5 spaces; Year 6 no spaces; Year 7 no spaces; Year 8 limited spaces; Year 9 limited spaces; Year 10 no spaces; Year 11 limited spaces; Key Stage 5 (Years 12-14) limited spaces. Admission processes involve local authority coordination and assessment; Grange Park does not offer 1:1 support (but each class has TA support). Tours can be booked via the school office; contact details provided. The local authority handles formal decisions and timelines (e.g., notification by 15 February 2026).
