Admissions Criteria

Ripplevale accepts referrals for young people who have an EHCP and have a diagnosis of autism and/or associated speech, language and communication needs. Referrals are welcomed from the SEN Placements Team at the Local Authority. Privately funded students are also welcome to apply and are subject to the same admissions process. After a successful interview the student will be invited to attend a ‘taster day/s’ when the student will spend the school day with their peer group. If the interview/taster is successful and the school can meet the needs, a place will be offered on the condition of a place being available. Initial enquiries are welcome from families by telephone or email to the Admissions Manager (Deal/Broadstairs and Rochester).
