SMSC is embedded in the culture of Heritage House School and taught through Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) and Religious Education (RE); British Values are promoted through the school’s SMSC curriculum and through the Rights Respecting School framework.
Headteacher Jacqueline Clearkin leads a highly collaborative team of teachers, families, therapists, learning supports, coaches and a family advocate to achieve the best outcomes for learners. She has been in the role since 2019 after previously serving as deputy head from 2013.
