Nursery admissions use a priority order: 1 Looked after children; 2 Other vulnerable children with social care support; 3 Nursery attendees continuing into a second year; 4 Children with older siblings in Reception–Year 6; 5 Shortest walking distance to school. Exceptional circumstances considered by the Governing Body. If a place is not offered initially, the child is placed on a waiting list. Applications for nursery places are required before 1 March. A place does not guarantee admission to Eatock Primary School; separate primary admissions apply through Bolton Council. Nursery offers are for 15 or 30 funded hours; top-ups available to extend to full-time sessions.
