Gilbrook is a non-denominational primary school.
I am the Headteacher Kirsten Brown. Gilbrook is a maintained special primary school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, and we provide a nurturing and caring environment to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our core ethos is “together we can achieve” and we emphasise a cohesive approach involving families and other agencies.
Gilbrook School is a primary special school for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The school has 60 places and admits children aged 5–11. Admissions are planned to ensure a successful integration and are normally after the issue of an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or assessment; admissions are made in consultation with the Local Authority and Headteacher.
