Culmington Manor offers facilities within a 100-acre estate with woodlands, fields and gardens; the grounds are described as being in a very beautiful area in the South Shropshire countryside; the estate supports outdoor pursuits and the majority of activities occur within 15 acres around a central area. Edgmond Hall has a large playing field with an adventure playground; boot room and locker rooms; dining room; indoor classroom spaces including a large classroom in the old barn; indoor games room; toilets and handwashing in the courtyard; gift shop; old billiard room with drawing materials; 17-seater minibus for local exploration.

Wraparound care is provided by Premier Education. Breakfast Club runs 7:45–8:45 for £4. Afternoon sessions run 15:15–17:45 for £8.50. Sibling discounts are automatically applied at checkout, and childcare vouchers are accepted as the school is Ofsted registered. Activities include Arts and Crafts, Team Games, Sports (football, dodgeball, cricket, basketball, archery, fencing), Homework Club, and Healthy Snacks and Meals during breakfast and afternoon sessions. Booking is online through the St John’s site; changes cannot be made online after 1pm on the day.
