Pens Meadow School has a Family Outreach Team that provides induction into Pens Meadow, Team Around the Child, Family Learning, housing support, DLA, PIP and Blue Badge applications, transition support, attendance support, behaviour support, home visits and home/school liaison, and acts as a point of information sharing and referral to other services.
Pens Meadow School provides education for pupils with severe learning difficulties or profound and multiple learning difficulties; pupils may have autism; all pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan; placement is arranged by the Dudley SEN Team.
