SEND Provision

The SEND Department provides support for Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction, Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, and Sensory and/or physical needs. Support is largely provided in class and information is distributed to teachers via Pupil Passports. The department works with the Inclusion Department and other staff to support vulnerable learners, including pupils with Education Health and Care Plans and those at SEND support level. There is a new well-being room and plans for an alternative provision to support inclusive practice and reduce suspensions/exclusions. The school collaborates with Redbridge SEaTTs and other agencies to support pupils, and parent/carer partnership is encouraged.
