Admissions Criteria

John Chilton School considers pupils for admission through Local Authority referrals. It is a mixed Community Special School for ages 4–19. Pupils will have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) in place or being written. The Local Authority coordinates the plan through the SEND Panel; visits to view the school are advised; the school has two sites collocated with mainstream academies, providing inclusion opportunities.
