Whole School Curriculum Statement 2024-25 English and Maths focus, with Maths following the White Rose scheme and a concrete-pictorial-abstract approach Subject-specific curricula for RE, PSHE, Computing, Music, French and Science with cross-curricular links Rotation of humanities and creative subjects (Autumn terms), and use of the Primary Knowledge Curriculum from Autumn 2 Rosenshine’s Principles of Direct Instruction underpin teaching Strong emphasis on language development, vocabulary and reading across subjects Progression of Skills and Curriculum Maps, with fieldwork, museum visits and workshops to deepen learning

Wraparound Care
