Admissions Criteria

Jack Tizard is a Hammersmith & Fulham community school and accepts pupils from surrounding London boroughs. Admissions are coordinated by the Hammersmith & Fulham EHC Planning Service. Prospective families can book a visit through the Senior Admin Officer, and an SLA visit is arranged. If a placement is offered, the Local Authority informs parents and provides official paperwork; transport to and from school can be arranged by the Local Authority, and multi-disciplinary pre- and post-admissions meetings are held to support targets and information sharing.
