Frome College is a high performing college where, whatever their starting points, students make excellent progress. The majority go onto Futures (Sixth Form), then on to university and work. The college emphasizes hard work, commitment and discipline, with staff working closely with students to develop aspirations and achieve potential, offering the widest range of subjects in the area and a broad extracurricular offer.

Applications received after 20 March 2026 will be processed in date order. The published admission number for Year 9 is 366. If a place is not offered, there is a right of appeal.
