Phonics programme: Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised with daily phonics in EYFS/Year 1, reading practice (Bug Club) and sharing books English: 'Slow Writing' pedagogy; Talk for Writing; opportunities for writing to be published/read by real audiences Handwriting and Literacy Enrichment; reading development and regular events (e.g., World Book Day) Curriculum aligned to the National Curriculum with subject knowledge organisers and fieldwork across Geography/History
