Welcome to The Mallard Academy. A two-form entry primary academy in Balby, Doncaster, aiming to foster love of learning and develop enquiring minds. The school is on a journey of improvement with a large site refurbishment and a focus on Mallard Values (Motivated, Ambitious, Learn Together, Leaders, Adaptable, Respectful, Determined) and a commitment to partnership with families and the community. Mallard Explorers wraparound provision includes a Breakfast Club opening at 8:00 am (breakfast served 8:00–8:30 am; cereal and toast with Beans on Toast each Friday; cost £1.25 per day; pre-book via ParentPay). After-school clubs run on various days (e.g., Art Class, Football, Doncaster Roevers, Team Games, Cooking, Legacy Sports) with times around 3:15–4:15/4:45 pm.
