St Osmund’s is a Catholic primary school in which faith is at the heart of school life. Religious education is taught in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church; religious worship follows Catholic rites and practices; the school witnesses to the Catholic faith and strives to promote the dignity of every person as a child of God. The school is inclusive, with a culture of mutual respect, where pupils engage with their faith daily through assemblies, liturgies and masses.

Head Teacher's Message

Welcome to St Osmund’s Catholic Primary School. Headteacher Mrs Michelle Lunney describes the school as friendly and nurturing with Catholic ethos at the heart; aims to support and challenge every child; high expectations and strong partnerships with parents; invites visits.

SEND Provision

The school aims to be safe and inclusive, with high standards of teaching, supporting all pupils including those with SEND. It states that all children with SEND should be able to participate in school life as much as possible, with specialist assessment used to personalise the curriculum. The SEND Coordinator is Mrs Emma Walsh and they can be contacted via the school office.
