Welcome from Headteacher Jane Hines describes St Elizabeth’s as a very special, welcoming Catholic school with a broad, high-quality learning experience and invites visits/open mornings.
St Elizabeth’s has a dedicated SENCo (Mrs Joanne Compton) coordinating SEND provision, a SEND Information Report, and access to local SEND services (Achieving for Children local offer, SENDIASS). The school works with outside agencies such as MHST for counselling via ELSA and provides targeted interventions. The SENCo can be contacted via the school office.
The school exists primarily to serve the Catholic community with priority admissions to baptised Catholic children; applications from other faiths or none are welcome if supportive of the religious ethos; admissions processes are detailed on the Admissions page; open mornings are hosted for prospective parents.
