It provides support for learners who struggle to engage in a mainstream setting or have high anxiety or low self-esteem, offering a reduced (5-17 hours per week) and tailored timetable aimed at reintegration back into Elements Academy or another appropriate education setting, with weekly and annual reviews and coordination with local authority and professionals.
